I don't want to hate today coz it's Sunday, a family day as what we all celebrate every week. But today, I'm not feeling good. I don't know why I feel so sad and hated today. I hope this will pass so soon. The feeling of writing and elaborating it here is making me sick. So I'd rather not do it.
Anyways, while browsing my FB account, glad that I found this. At least, this list of simple tips help me feel quite better. Just read on and maybe you too will feel good about yourself.
1) Accept the things that you can't change. If you can and want to change them, do it.
2) Let go of the people who are holding you down. If you considered them, you already know who these people are.
3) Blast your favorite upbeat song and sing it at the top of your lungs, dancing as you go.
4) Go for a run. A nice, long run. Run until you feel good; at the very least, you'll be tired enough that the feeling will seem less major.
5) Call someone you love. Just hearing their voice ca make your day better.
6) Smile at a stranger. It will make both of you better.
7) Send an anonymous compliment.
8) Write down everything you don't like about yourself. Rip it up. Burn it.
9) Watch your favorite movie.
10) Trust yourself.
Hope that simple tips above have also help you make feel better and happy.
