Cooking is my mom's passion. She loves to cook and it is one of her best assets. When she cooks, she sees to it that all the right and proper amount of ingredients are available. I could imagine how she raises her brows if you ask her to cook something with lacking ingredients. Almost all of my friends agree that she cooks so well. This is tested and proven to the countless gatherings we have in the house where she cooks almost everything. Gatherings would include birthdays, graduations, Christmas and of course the New Year's celebration. This 2010, I think my mom deserves to be honored by simply writing this blog to let all of you know how proud I am to have a mother like her. I am not good in cooking but still I know how to cook (but not as good as she does).
And with that, lemme share with you her menu for 2010. There were other viands included in the menu that were not prepared due to time contraints yet everything that she prepared merits a kiss and hug from all of her children.
The concept of her preparation was "SEAFOODS" daw. Para naman daw maiba at hindi kaagad kami umayin...

And the whole thing would be incomplete without her always present na "sawsawan" na may maraming sili...
Syempre, we have also drinks to complete the celebration...pwede bang mawala tong itaas mo?
This is papa's all time favorite - SMB... kahit walang mga big celebrations...meron talga nito...
A sister's friend named John came in to celebrate with us and look what he has brought for us...Kakalokang gatas na may choco na may alak...hehehhe!
Kaya naman ako ay birit lang ng birit sa videoke at tagay ng gatas...
To all of us, let us be thankful for the year 2009 and let us also thank our mothers who made our life so much easier. This 2010 as they say is full of joy and hope because we have our loving MOTHER - Mama Mary.Let us love our own mother and trust to her just like God who has entrusted Himself to Her.
